Mark Tedsen, M.P.T.

Mark received his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UCLA and his master's in Physical Therapy from University of Southern California. He has been working as an outpatient physical therapist for over 20 years. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Titleist Golf Fitness Instructor.
 
Mark likes to use an exercise-based approach to treating patients and believes that an appropriate progression of exercise is essential to recovery.
 
Mark’s personal training programs focus on increasing longevity and durability while reducing risk of injury during recreational and sports-specific activities.
