Chelsey Barroso, D.P.T.
Chelsey graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2017. After graduating, she completed her neurologic residency program at USC and started teaching as adjunct faculty in neurological clinical management courses within the doctoral program. She received her neurologic clinical specialty certification in 2019 and enjoys working with the neurologic patient population.
Chelsey has worked in a variety of settings including acute and outpatient day rehabilitation as well as outpatient private practice. She has a special interest in treating and working with those living with a concussion, balance and vestibular dysfunction, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders.
Chelsey is now happy to call Truckee home. When she is not at the hospital, she enjoys hiking, biking, trail running, and hanging with her pup, Nellie, who is an Australian Kelpie mix.
